Air Flo NW Skagit Line Question

I just purchased an Air Flo NW skagit line. My question is does the white loop on the line connect to the sink tips or to the reel? The information sheet with the line makes no mention of this ( the other end of the line has a yellow colored loop).

The yellow colored loop is where you attach your tip. The white braided loop connection attaches to your running line. You can also identify the weight of the line by the color of the loop to tip connection. Yellow indicates the NW ST 7/8 - around 470g without the tip.
