Practice Casting Question

As a right hander casting with the left hand up or a back hand cast with the right hand up, is a little harder to master. Would over head casting on the grass be a good method of training for the cast mentioned above?

I think that would help you get used to using your non-dominant hand, but there is no substitute for working at the actual Speycasts.

That is what I was trying to say. I want to give the "non- dominate hand" some training.

HI Leo!

What I meant was that the overhead casting would help.
