Needed: Pennsy Instruction

Hey, gang. I really could use a lesson or twelve. Looking for a good instructor in central Pennsylvania (State College, Williamsport, Harrisburg) or the Philadelphia region (working on a project near Philly during the week for another month or so...). Time to stop struggling on my own and get some help. Appreciate any guidance.

I recently got instructions for Ben John at TCO in Reading. He is excellent. If that it too far, you may want to check TCO State College or TCO Boiling Springs to see if they have any instructors in Spey Casting

If you're close enough, Andrew Moy has a shop in NJ, Tightlines Fly Fishing. I saw him several times at Spey Nation, and he knows his stuff and conveys it well.

It could be worth your while to book with Andrew for a day in the Catskills.

Wow, thanks guys. Lots of recommendations for Andrew, but with a young family and working out of town during the week, it just isnít in the cards to travel up to Parsippany for some instruction. TCO in Reading is definite doable... Iíll look up Ben John for sure.

Ed Jaworowski in Chester County would be perfect, actually. Iím working in Delaware County and that would be an easy jog after work. Have read The Cast long ago... just wasnít aware he was so close by. Or that he was a two-handed instructor. Any way to get in touch?

I've known Ed for over 40 years. I'll see him Thursday for a regular lunch get together and I will get an okay from him to PM you his email address.

I have a good friend who is an excellent caster and rod builder in Williamsport. PM me and I can see if he'd be willing to do some instruction. He used to work for the now-defunct E.Hille shop.
