Am I reading this correctly that it's just a fun event and nothing to do with biggest fish for the prizes. That is its not a c&r tournament.

If the former let me check my calendar. It would be nice to put faces to names as I typically can't attend Randy's clave.

River is currently really high and a lot more rain coming. Something to consider.

Good time at the Feather Wing Festival. Nice to put some faces to the names of the folks on Speypages.
The "Loop" pig roast was awesome.....somebody post a picture of the branded beast.
Thanks to Loop for putting the festival on and the cool swag as well.
Congratulations to Randy for winning the new rod...apparently he now has a backup rod for his other loop stick?Randy works hard to organize the Grand River Speyclave every year so it's nice to see him win a prize!

.....Jeeez I hope Pete left some pig roast for someone else to eat.......

But seriously I would have liked to have been there to,as I said in my thread on "Hooks feathers and floss"...to put some faces to names on here...but I couldn't make it.

Glad to hear everyone had a good time.

Was good talking to you Pete, appreciate the tips and advice. Was a great day on the water, got the chance to catch up with a lot of old friends and make a few new ones. Many thanks to the Loop crew for putting this all together, look forward to the next event.
