Great Lakes Spey Clave?

Has anyone heard anything about the 2017 spey clave on the Muskegon? It's always the last Saturday in September which isn't that far off. There's nothing here that I can find and there's nothing on the Great Lakes Flyfishing Company website either. Maybe Bob will respond here, otherwise I'll call him in the next couple of days and report back here.

I spoke to Bob B just last week,
Its on Saturday the 30th of September.
It starts at 09.00, first demo at 10.00.am
Peter H, Gary K and Mr Kevin Feenstra are doing the honors.
Lunch will be a Pig Roast, not to be missed.
Should be fun, hope to see you there.

This event is ALWAYS a great time!
and I usually learn a new word.
I will be camping/fishing at Henning Thursday thru Sunday.
I will have a bunch of Nextcast lines in 45, 55 and 70 lengths.
I can help match a line to rod and provide feedback/pointers on your casts.
Contact me via PM, streamside or campfire if you want to try something out.

How Dom, yes, Newaygo, Henning park to be exact. I'll be there tying and selling flies at the great Lakes booth. Look forward to meeting you.

The Speyfest was a great success, I counted over 130 people at one point.
Lot of new faces, which is good to see.
The river was very low which was a plus, more room for casting.
The demos were of there normal high quality, thank you Peter, Kevin and Gary.
A lot of people got into the water to try some new toys, which was nice to see.
The Pig roast and fixings were wonderful.
Many thanks to Bob Braendle and GreatLakes Flyfishing for putting it on.
Looking forward to next year.

It was my first clave and it was very nice to finally meet some of you guys! Food was amazing! Im not sure if any of you noticed but I've seen some bright fish around right above Fenstra's sled when he was going his demo. I was itching to start ripping line out to make a pass in front of it...

TOTALLY agree!
Lots of hard work goes in to pull this thing off.
Well done Bob, Glen, John and Fred!!!!
My only disappointment is that Doug did not teach me a new word.
