Next Spey Clave?

Hey,

I just moved out to Northeastern Oregon from Maine this August and am very happy here. No sales tax, no licensing on small trailers, and have been enjoying the pheasant and chucar hunting and am now pleasently surprised to have found a small river holding steelhead 5 minutes from home. Oregon is it!

Anywase I would be interested when/where I might be able to observe others to better my spey casting...

The next spey clave that is closest to you is the Sandy River spey clave hosted by Mark Bachmann a site sponsor. This is a BIGGY! More info here. http://www.flyfishusa.com/spey-clave.htm

The next one time wise will be Kaufmann's, also a site sponsor. I believe it is Feb. http://www.kaufmannsstreamborn.com/

If your not to far from the Clearwater we will be having ours on Sept 29, 2007

How you get the line out and fishing is personal preference so as long as it works and is easy no one should care but the caster. MSB

Poppy! I like the date--much better than the last 2 years! We'll make a plan...
