Kaufmann's Clave Report

Okay,

we're here in Monroe getting all wound up for Kaufamann's SpeyDays tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing everyone. I'll report back on the day's events tomorrow evening.

Saturday

Another great day on the water with Kaufmann's. Good to see so many of the Speypages regulars again. Highlights included Al Buhr's discussion of tight quarters casting and casting with Gil and Dick.

thanks Dana

now that computer problems have left me, I can publicly thank Dana for his time. Athough in demand, he took the time and patiently worked with me on my casting. After making some careful observations Dana was able to show me some simple changes in my method that allowed for a marked improvement in only a few minutes. You also seem to be a genuinely good guy. Hope to see you again soon. Maybe in Squamish at the end of April?
