I can't seem to find a source for the kevlar loops (not braided dacron) that are mentioned throughout this board and Dana's Speypages. Can anyone help with web addressses, phone #'s? Thanks, Marty |

Just thought of something as I was sending the previous post: kevlar being what it is, will it cut through any attached loops quicker than non-kevlar? Marty |

The only source I know is Kaufmann's Streamborn, Box 23032, Portland, OR 97281-3032; phone 800-442-4359; www.kman.com. They are $5.75 for a package of four. Specify the smaller, 1/2" loops, not the 6" ones. As for cutting: I'd guess that the kevlar would cut through anything short of firewood. |

Nice touch Mac; considering they use Kevlar for bullit-proof vests, et. al. some "assumptions" are fairly safe. :>) |
