See 'hearts' over some of the messages on the board. What the heck does/do they stand for.
And, yes, my kids/wife say I'm only allowed on the computer with "adult supervision."

The hearts you are referring to mean that someone (or more than one) thought the topic was something of exceptional interest and therefore recommended reading.

Andy, at the risk of sounding like a complete 'jerk' I fear nothing .... well ... except perhaps.... my Redhead'ed wife..... not really as she's a cool gal and straight talking. Why we've been together so long?
No pretext on my part as the 'internet' moves so fast whose to know? Not my bag, even if three of the 4 plus the wife are "propeller heads." Dad's 'cute' or something to that effect .... "just don't mind me looking over your shoulder."
I'm more concerned with my spelling, English (or should that be Canadian?), etc., than knowing what the heck 'this or that' supposed to indicate. Rant at an end.

Cool Andy. My wife is a professional (right description of the profession?) tavel guide. JoanMeister has been to London several times; me? Heck, when she's gone over the Pole I'm gone on the Rogue. Poochie doesn't care as long as she's in the back of the Ford; cat's don't care as long as their food bowls are full.
Heck of a deal. Medford, Oregon sits about mid-steam in the top 60 miles of the Rogue River. From the office I'm about 20 minutes from the first good 'holding water.' Pull out of the house at about 530 am, on the river and flinging flys by 6; back at my office at Key Bank by 830am. "Late lunch," at 4'ish, back on the river by shortly after 5.Fish til dark and home by 8'ish.
Life is good in Southern Oregon. Good to have an understanding wife; Joanie knows there is no one else before/behind her ... except, ....perhaps,... Mr. Steelhead. Wife-types will understand this; just not a 'beached blond" for compitition." :>)
And Most importantly, the 'latch string' is always out. Grab a plane and your good to go. Just knock on the door with a good bottle of single malt in your hand and your home free for the week. PS: I do a hell of a good BBQ.
