CND Skagit Specialist--What Skagit Line Size?

May be jumping the gun since RIO just released the Skagit lines but is it 550 grain 8/9 or 650 grain 9/10 to match the CND Skagit Specialist Spey rod and is a "cheater" required? Never had a chance to explore this at the Sandy Clave.

A 9/10 would match up well. A cheater is not required.
