Stilwaters in Houston area

Early September I'm going to Houston, BC to fish the Morice for 2 weeks.
As a NRA I'm not allowed anymore to fish the rivers there during the weekends, so some stillwater fishing and recreational sightseeing will be done to kill some time there.
Besides my Speyrods, this time my#6 rod is joining me.
I stay in the neighbourhood of Francois lake and I have a couple of pontoons stored there.
But I am really not familiar with flyfishing on Canadian Lakes, so I hope that somebody can suggest some good flies.
I have a reel with a floating and T130 sinktip line.
All tips are very welcome!

Thanx in advance.

Bram

Barrett Lake near Barrett station. Lots of rainbows and some big 5+ pound ones as well.

Lots of options. Tyee & Round Lakes are the closest stocked lakes and can be an option for NRAs or for everyone when the Morice/upper B is blown. You can find descriptions at the local tourist info desks, or try this link.

stillwater

Thanx guys, I know Round Lake. 2 years ago I stayed a couple of nights over there. Very scenic!
Last year we stayed at Rainbow Alley and had lots of fun there, but it is quite a drive.
I also heard about some rivers like Nadina and Stellako.
Both seems to have have a sockeye run and nice rainbows chasing eggs.
True or false?
