dean river changes

after doing some searches on here, i notice alot of people talking of big changes to the dean. as i have never been before , i am not sure of the are as and runs. This being said i am looking at lingrens maps for a reference as to where to fish and be dropped. I am curious if this is is still good for run locations or has it changed so much that some areas should be avoided.

Please note , i'm not searching for what pools hold what or where to fish , as that is as much a part of the enjoyment of chasing steel, but if areas should be avoided and if new rapids have appeared or channels to avoid.

I think the runs do tend to change every year with the annual flooding, but perhaps you're more interested in camp-site locations for a base to start from?

Watercraft should direct you to fish the runs that appear most likely to hold fish at specific levels of water & temperature
