Lodging in Washington?

In march 2014 a friend and I are going to the Olympic Peninsula and other places in Washington. We both have dreamed about Steelheadfishing for quite some time.

We're not wealthy, we will hire guides a couple of times and we also need places that has a roof and preferbly electricity.
So, what I'm looking for are your suggestions on (riverside if possible) lodging.

Olympic Suites 800-262-3433: Decent rooms w/small kitchens; Queen $59.00/King $74.00 + tax
Forks Motel 800-544-3416: 3 days stay they take off 10% for rooms; single $54.43/double $61.93 tax included.
Pacific Inn Motel 800-235-7344: Fisherman rate; single $58.00/double $64.00 + tax
The bed tax is somewhere around 10%.

Follow this link, there may be more information forethcoming. River front is premium, limited and if you find it, very pricey.

Shanti,

I've been staying at the Forks Motel for years. It's not fancy, nor expensive, but is very satisfactory with restaurants close by.

Thanks!
I feel unwelcomed when places are too fancy anyway. That motel will probably see some swedes next year.

Check out Jeff and Laura at River Inn B&B on the Bogachial River. They are great people! http://www.jeffwoodwardsportfishing.com/river.htm

That location seems real nice. I'll drop them a mail about rates.
Thank you!
