Possible Move to Denver

Hey any residents of Denver on here, currently reviewing an offer that would have us there in July.

Need advice on everything, Home Rental Leasing, Vehicle Purchasing, Schools for a 7 and 14 year old and most of all fishing and Tying Material Shops

Any and all info would be greatly appreciated

Thumbs up Denver

I live in the burbs of Denver. Charlie's Fly Box is a great fly shop. If he doesn't have it, he will get it for you asap.

I just moved to Seattle from Denver about 2 months ago. But I grew up in Denver and guided out of the area for the last 5 years. Feel free to PM me with some questions regarding the fishing in the area.

If you're looking at the South end of Denver, Anglers All is an excellent shop. I was their head guide so I may be a little biased, but they have a great staff and terrific selection.

Cheers,

Mark

Don't overlook the urban carp fishing. Really. Big, selective, spooky fish that will burn the bearings out of your reels. (Google Barry Reynolds carp fishing for highlights.)

I left Colorado ten years ago so my information is dated. That said, for about thirty years my shop of choice was Anglers All in Littleton even though I didn't live or work near there. If you end up in the mountains west of Denver, Blue Quill Angler in Evergreen was another good shop. Andy
