calling the Welsh Boys

Hi All, I know that you have had plenty of rain, are ther many fish in your river yet ? I will be on the Towey in June this year. Hope to find more fish than last year, when the biggest thing we saw was a SEAL !

And I did not have a gun !!!!!!

Last year was dire for sewin on the Towy [& tributories]; I suspect that dry conditions early in the season contributed to this.
Unfortunately river levels are pretty low now for this time of year & we could do with some proper rain, not just the incessant wind blown drizzle.

Regards, Tyke.

new lines

Hi, I am going to use the New Sewin Lines from Air flow.
They are basically sink tip lines, a sinking line with a floating backing.
They have been designed for rivers but I will be using them on still waters as well.
I will post my thoughts in due course. So watch this space !

The good news plenty of water , bad news too much water.
Are there fish being taken on the river ?
Fishpal are looking for a reporter so if any body is willing to do that contact them.
