Oregon Cost Winter options for Steelhead

What Oregon cost rivers do people like to spey fish for winter steelhead?

My experience is with parts of the Alsea, Siletz, Miami, and Kilchis. The north fork of the Alsea and Miami are just too small. Iíve floated from Mill creek to Campbell, on the Alsea, and there isnít much bank access to be able to get out and cast. On the Siletz Iíve only floated from Twin bridges to the lower end of town. There are more places to fish, but still feels limited.

What do people think of the Siuslaw or some of the rivers north of the Siletz? Any drifts better than others?

Since you have a boat, you might want to try the lower Trask. It gets some large natives. I've tried spey fishing from the bank there, but access is too limited for me.
