Question for the Rogue pros

The wife, daughter and I love the N Umpqua, and have stayed at both the cabins and the houses at Steamboat w/ our two small dogs. Neither daughter or wife fish, but love the outdoors and Steamboat.

Is there anything vaguely comparable on the Rogue? I know zero about the river and its environs, but would like to find a cabin/house near the river with swing water nearby. It doesn't need to be as nice as Steamboat, of course, but something that the non-fishing gals in my party would find acceptable. Any and all suggestions, either by PM or otherwise, would be most appreciated.

My picks:

Lower River: Lucas Lodge ... This place is amazing, 150 acres right at the confluence of the Rogue and Illinois Rivers <> Like stepping into another century. #1 pick

Middle River: Double Tree Ranch

Upper River: Rogue River Lodge
