Hey Dwayne, Heres a recent report. Go to the River. It's from the 16/08/09. It won't answer all you questions.

Hi Guys,

I understand from friends that the water is very low. Hurricane Bill may change that by mid next week! Let's hope water is all we get from the storm.

Exclamation Bill

Looks like you'll have plenty of water by morning. Be cautious.

Still no water....

I just came from the north end of the province. The Margaree came up 5.5 ft as a result of Hurricane Bill...then dropped 4 ft the next day!!!

And who says that cutting down all the trees in a watershed doesn't affect the water?

The West in Antigonish had a bump, but is back to regular September conditions. Let's hope for 6 weeks of steady rain starting September 15th.
