Sandy in Mid April?

Has anyone fished the upper Sandy in Mid April...? is it worth a trip at that time fish wise?

The Sandy can be solid in April. The winter show will be winding down but there will still be a few fresh fish trickling in.... plus.... there will be some chrome bright summers and spring chinook starting to enter the system in good numbers. The Clack will also have the same potpourri available. Either one is usually worth fishing in April.

Sandy in April

Fished it last week for two days. We hooked three and landed one. The river is higher than you might like but it is clear and the fish are there.
