Great Problem To Have

I have a week off work and a free round-trip voucher anywhere Alaska flies. The week I am dealing with is April 18-26. Portland? O.P.? Prolly to late for BC but I'm not sure about that. Thought about Cancun but killed that after I bought a couple new doubles. What would you guys do? Thanks in advance.

"What do you mean that's enough?"

I think the Skagit/Sauk are open through April this year. Portland, OP, or Skagit would all be good choices you might even find some early summer runs that time of year.

too late for really good fishing on the peninsula. Hoh and Queets will be closed and Quillayute will be mostly kelts. BC is actually probably your best bet as fish enter/spawn later in Northern (colder) waters.

Smile Maybe Prince of Wales Island for Steelhead

Alaska definitely flies to Ketchikan. Downside would reqire a float plane flight to and from Thorne Bay.

Here's the state regs...check page 15.

Why not call the Boardwalk and see what they suggest? =Alaka's+Boardwalk+Lodge

A thought.
