Seattle:Family friendly suggestions?

I may plan a weeklong trip to the Seattle area this summer in late July or early August. Wondered if you locals had suggestions on a location/accomodations that might be family friendly(read waterpark).I would hope to get out for at least a day or two for fishing.

Also am interested in spending a couple of days on the Olympic Pen...I know there is plenty of camping but are there places out there to stay with the little ones?(I have a 4 year old and a one month old!)...

I have searched the archives and noted lots about fishing the areas mentioned above, but little in the way of accomodations.

Any info would be great.

All we have in waterparks in Wild Waters down in south Federal Way. This is 20-25 minutes south of downtown Seattle. Fishing down that way would likely be the Green or if you wanted to drive further south (an hour or so) you could get to the Cowlitz. Both have some summer-run opportunities.

H2o Parks

There is a new water park that keeps surfacing on the news. It look like a real good time for families; it is called Great Wolf Lodge. If you google it you can get more information. It is located about 1.5 hours south of Seattle.
