Swinging the Kenai

Hey guys,

I'm looking for recommendations on opportunities on or around the Kenai (our place is just outside of Soldotna) mid July. I've done plenty of indicator fishing, and am looking to mix it up and swing for some rainbows instead of the "standard" beads under a bobber program. Any guide recommendations, or relatively close alternatives to the Kenai would be greatly appreciated.

If I get/take the opportunity to go to Alaska again, I will do everything possible to hunt up Ard Stetts (Hardyreels here) for some quality time! His posts have always impressed me as coming from a man with great character and values.
I hope he is within striking distance of your destination.

Brad Kirr @ Alaska Kenai fishing for fun
Dan Hardy @D Rays guide service
Orlando Gonzalez @ Alaska on the fly

I promise you will not be disappointed with any of these guys! Swinging the Kenai is fairly tough without a mode of transportation, you need to be able to get into the right water... The middle river is where you'll want to be this time of year. Feel free to PM if you have any questions
