Tim Arsenault casting lessons - Vancouver

For those in the lower mainland who wish to improve their spey casting, I highly recommend lessons from Tim Arsenault , manager of the Michael And Young Fly shop in Vancouver.
Tim competes at Spey-O-Rama each year and his technique is simple and elegant.
I learned more in two hours with him than 20 years on my own.

Couldnít agree more. Simplified everything for me. Instant improvement and very easy to remember the finer points. Not to mention a straight up good dude.

no he's a bud...Tims new lines may feature him as a little budda on the box that says "If Merc can cast these anyone can" You'll have to hang out with more to meet him

I have two more lessons booked with Tim.
Iím going to the Dean first the first time and Timís job is to get me sorted out before I go.
Iíve got two rods to get properly lined for the trip and maybe heíll put some of his Bridge Lines on them.

Any early reviews of Tim's lines? Is it true that you can lasso a steelhead with them?

Science is not common sense. Much of it is devoted to a systematic documentation of what we do not know and understand.

Apparently all you have to do is put one on your reel, string it on the rod, make a cast and boom you’re hooked up.

I very much enjoyed test-casting the line! Are they available yet?
