Sharing in Berkely Prospec Shooting Line

I plan to buy some 30lb Berkely 'Prospec Professional' monofilament and wonder if anyone wants any of it.
30lb has a diameter of 0.021in | 0.53mm
Its definitely an improvement on Big Game with less memory and better color.

The minimum I can buy online is 2000 yds., which is is a lot more than I will ever use.
Would anyone be interested?
I am thinking $6 for 200 yds (postage included).

This has my interest now! Is this line different than big game? Less coils by chance??

Yooper,

I am basing this only upon what I have read.
For example, I particularly noted what 'StampR' writes of this Prospec Professional monofilament here on Spey Clave:

Been a Gig Game fan from day 1 till I tried the Berkley Prospec mono about 3 months ago, turnover is much better than the Big Game, pound for pound it has a thinner diameter, slightly stiffer than the Big Game, coiling and tangles are no longer an issue off the reel, I no longer have to stretch before using. I have been using 25lb test on all my SH rods with commando heads and 30lb test on all my DH rods..........Disclaimer, I have no affiliation with the company or product, just my personal experience, your mileage may vary

And

Used Berkley Big Game for years, till I switched over last year, been testing it now for over a year with excellent results, it has no memory whatsoever, thinner diameter, great visibility especially with the solar yellow, cast like a dream especially with OPST heads, unfortunately only available in bulk spools, so you will have to get the amount you need from tackle stores.

How does the 30 pound ProSpec compare to Lazar 50lb running line in diameter?

Interested in ordering some of this ProSpec but don't want it to be any/much thinner than 50 pound Lazar... Was wondering if 40 pound wouldn't suit me better.

Thanks!

Update:

40 Pound Lazar Line: 0.52
50 Pound Lazar Line: 0.57

30 Pound Berkley ProSpec: 0.53

My guess is the 30 pound ProSpec breaks at nearly 40 pounds all things being equal. Just curious how well it would handle with full sink heads and/or heavy tips/flies as while 40 pound Lazar line is nice, I definitely prefer the 50 pound for these applications.

Anyone know the diameter of 44 pound Airflo Impact?

Very interesting. I use different Mono runninglines in different strengths for different fishing situations, but still experimenting.
And I don’t want to hijack this thread, but how is this new Berkley compared to Amnesia 30 lbs in characteristics ?
Any chance to get it in smaller package somewhere in or to Europe ?

Thank you for any input !

Okay, I am all out of line (minus my own 200 yds.).
