Which line for fishing bombers and riffle hitch

What are people using thatís good for both methods. Iíll be using a Sage Xp ten foot ,7 weight and/or a Batson Raishadow 10í. 6Ē , 8 weight. I have been using an Ambush 8 weight on the Batson and previous to that an Ambush 7 weight. I use a Cortland 444 seven or eight weight depending on the wind,on the Xp for Stillwater rainbows .

I have an 11' Meiser switch I pair with an airflo rage head and 12ish foot tapered leader that I enjoy riffle hitching flies and skating them across the surface when I have the opportunity.
