I've never had unlimited funds so take this how you will, but I would look at the lodges in the Bristol Bay area or Katmai Peninsula for big rainbows and king salmon. As it stands however, I spend my limited funds on an annual DIY trip to Southeast Alaska for coho in September. Good luck in your search!
The extent of my Alaska fishing experience consists of trips to the Naknek River tha last two years. If you want big trout the Naknek is a top place to go. The salmon fishing is also outstanding, but, I don’t have a good basis for comparison with other Alaska locations.
On the Naknek there is a lodge called Crystal Creek that clearly caters to the bucks up angler. Luxury accommodations and, more importantly, three float planes anchored at the dock. Not a bad place to exercise the unlimited budget.
