Budget Underwater streaming Camera?

I am avoiding transferring my client list to my new invoicing software and I fell down the rabbit hole on a project I have been kicking around for awhile. I have a delightful little trout stream that runs through my property that I would love to set up some underwater cameras in. The idea would be to have them in pools to see the fish moving around and doing all the things fish do, but and this is the kicker be able to stream that feed back to my house and view it on my computer/phone. This would not be an issue to set up with cables but I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to do it without cables? I can find solar charging security camera's reasonably priced but they need a wifi signal to work. There is no way that my signal from the house is going to reach down into the valley where the river is located. I am guessing it is about 300-500 meters away? Anyways I thought I would float this out to the collective to see if anyone has an easy answer for me.

Thank you for your time.
