Looking for anyone that studied under Bill Lynch

Several years ago I was in Kelowna BC and stopped in Benshona Custom Rods. I had a wonderful chat with Bill and subsequently he created a beautiful 5wt 7.6 fly rod for my dad. The rod is a work of art. I would love to find someone that worked with Bill whom I can learn from. His decorative skills where nothing short of phenomenal.

That fish is lovely! Gives me some ideas about what to do with gel markers beyond labels. I’m sure mine will come out looking like a kindergartner’s art project (as usual) ... but I guess appropriately personalized.

Good luck with your search.

It might be worthwhile asking the same question on flybc.ca, there are a lot of Okanagan area members on there. Also giving Troutwaters a call in Kelowna might help. I purchased tying materials at this store in the 90's I believe.
