Black or pink?

So personally, I like I big juicy pink butt on my rod. Something I can wrap my mitt around but my good buddy swears by the black ones. What do the speypages illuminati say?

I prefer a cork or cork composite swell rather than a rubber button as it doesn’t get hung up in the net if I am wearing a Gye net whilst wading - something I don’t do very often nowadays as it’s a PITA, but occasionally it is necessary so cork swell for me.

Also I don’t really care about the visual aesthetics, but I suppose those who do may wish to coordinate with the colour of their running line?.......

Regards, Tyke.

Metrosexual?

I am not entirely sure I know what metrosexual means but there it is. It sure sounds cool.

Science is not common sense. Much of it is devoted to a systematic documentation of what we do not know and understand.

This thread has potential!

No matter what you call it, no one will walk off with that rod by accident.

Be good,
Bob

I am partial to brown (rather than pink) or black buttons, on my rods. Also like this little number, polished African Blackwood with recessed rubber rings.

I saw a Bruce and Walker recently with a red button and thought it was rather handsome
After this post, I can't help but think it will sun bleach it and turn it into a baboons butt

I'll stick with Meiser crafted composite
