Scary times for BC rivers

I’m assuming Washington and Oregon are in similar peril? Or do more dam controlled flows actual help better mitigate these kinds of situations?

Scary times Too many people. Too much growth. 360,000 births per day vs 150,000 deaths. 210,000 new humans per day. After a normal work week, you go to work on Monday, you come home and Friday, and poof, a million more humans.
