Wonder if this will include releases from Trinity/Lewiston dams, which are sometimes used to cool the lower Klamath in late summer. Couldn't hurt, maybe even help spread the gravel output from larger tributaries that sits in place after big rains waiting for the scheduled/mandated spring releases to smooth it out in the main river.
Up here in the upper Trinity area, a lot of people refer to the scheduled and emergency releases as "draining the lake"...
