My Family has had a body shop for almost 70 years now in Michigan and I know we did work on cars paid for by home owners policies after storms at times when I was there, definitely worth looking into, every state is different but hope you are covered!

No luck with the homeowners insurance, I only payed 5k for it so not a huge loss. I have a couple people interested in scraping it for parts, we will see.

During the holidays, I was visiting with my wife about steelhead and salmon, how and when they return to fresh water, why numbers are down, what it will take to bring them back, etc blah blah. One of the topics was predation while at sea, or who eats whom (seal eats fish, therefore fish eats seal).

Just last week, I walked by our bookshelf and noticed her handiwork. She had this little stuffed seal from childhood, and I found this stuffed GWS on my cross-country bike ride. She simply put the two together.

Brilliant!
