That's a whole lot of water, with California's drought you'd think they could come up with a way to store flood water some where for irigation and golf coarses(with out dams).

10-Day Meteorological Forecasts Used In NWRFC Hydrologic Models

Yes, the past week, heck the whole month, has been quite wet hereabouts. But high pressure is building along the coast and should moderate conditions for the next week. Yes, there will be wet impulses coming ashore, but nothing like we just saw.
