This is another fly from my very long to-do list.
If we are to tell what is "The" color to use in our waters i'm sure that the most voted one will be the olive green, and maybe the next will be the black (though technically it is not a color). A bit over a year ago i was doing one of those "net-surfing" trips i do from time to time looking for fly patterns and did find a nice salmon fly tied on a double hook, called "Lady Jane", it caused a great impression on me and i not only tied it but also moved forward looking up for a pattern that would fulfill my expectations when it is about tying spey flies.
I came out with this pattern several months ago, but didn't had all the right materials until now.
So here it is, let me introduce the Emerald Princess.
