Here is a weird cast gone awry. It would have been better but the wake from the anchor landing threw me off my groove.:hihi: Ok, now I'll go back to casting normal flies.
As Julia child once famously said whe she flubbed an omlet flip, "you just have to have the courage of your convictions". Or as another wise person once said in a galaxy far, far away - "there is no try, only do!"
Also skipping your anchor doesn't help too much. :chuckle:
The sharp angle of the front of the line at the end of the cast does remind me of a long thread on a snake roll where the front of the head mysteriously angled up stream. The reason is sometimes a jerky offline acceleration at the beginning of the power stroke. But probably that is just a good example of the tail wagging the dog there.
COOL,....the end looks like a pole vaulter at the olympic games.......:whoa:
