Iím no expert, but trying to loose my last 30lbs ....
I limit my coffee in take and keep the water flowing constantly. Makes for healthy kidneys which are a vital part of weight loss with body filtration.
Stay off the the wheat as much as possible. Especially those ďenrichedĒ products, itís just crap !! Too much sugar .... too much ďrefinedĒ sugar. Cane sugar is okay, try pure maple syrup as a sweetener if you need, great in coffee
Find a farmer who raises poultry in small batches, usually more money, but you eat less because a 4lb chicken is more than 2months old that was fed garbage. You will find yourself eating half as what you use to.
When shopping, shop on the outside of the grocery store .... veggies (lots), meat/fish and good grains. We eat very lean meats, we eat fish as often as we can.
I know you are down to your last 10lbs, so you know all about this. I think now itís about the walking and biking as much as you can. Try for 3 times daily. I can only do once now because of work requirements, but that has to change.
