Good Afternoon all

New member here. Just really getting into spey/skagit casting. Live up near Olympia, WA.
Fish for trout, steelhead, salmon. Just getting older now and trying to make it easier. Just ordered an Anderson 3wt Nova trout spey to add to the collection. May have to retire some of the older single had stuff. Shoulders are getting cranky after a long day with the single hand stuff,,,, but learning the spey technique has been a challenge after 50 years of single hand. Looking froward to progress and easier fishing life

Welcome to the Speypages !!
Glad you joined our community
I have found the two-hander is easier on the body ... and a lot of fun to cast too !!

Mike

Welcome, Cary. One of the initial reasons I started casting with the two-hander was because of shoulder problems with the singlehander. It really has lessened the aches and like Mike mentioned it's fun to boot.

Cheers,
Adrian
