Bamboo & Atlantic Salmon Angler

This post should have come ages ago, but I thought I'd (finally) introduce myself in the proper fashion. The short version is that I'm a keen atlantic salmon angler and also work with my father who builds bamboo fly rods. This forum has been a great source of information (not to mention an excellent way to procrastinate from doing some real work). Looking forward to spending a bit more time here and doing so less anonymously - to all of the regular contributors here, thanks so much for making this such a helpful and enjoyable resource!

Mike - thanks for the warm welcome!

Dan - you bet - you'll find a ton of photos on our website. My dad is the real rodmaker (I grew up in the shop and help with the business though). He got his start at T&T and Leonard an awfully long time ago and in the early 1980's was able to buy the Leonard equipment at auction. He's been building rods under his own name ever since. Here's the site: https://www.spinozarods.com/ (not sure what forum rules are on posting one's own website, but if it's an issue just let me know and I'll take it down)
