Newbee from Germany

Hi,

I'm from northern Germany and a spey-casting newbee. I usually fish for baltic seatrout. I was for salmon fishing two times and rollcasting all the days. Now I want to know more and learn skagit casting. I've seen some videos linked here in the forums and I like what I see

I work as a network engineer for a service provider, got two cats and also like making music and brewing beer. My husband is in flyfishing for pike.

My English is not perfect, sorry for that.

Greetz from the baltic coast.

Malte

One of my first fly fishing ventures was on a small stream in Teisendorf in 1958. My father was a fighter pilot, and we lived in Frankfurt in the late 50's.

Thanks for your welcome and willkommen

Here in northern Germany are no good 'fishable' streams or rivers. I will have to drive to Denmark or Sweden. But so I have more time to train speycasting
