Honestly, I think your best bet is to contact Godshall or Meiser again with a description of the Waters, sink tips and flies you want to cast and nail them down on a recommendation. Not that the recommendations above aren't legit, but sometimes personal preferences vary quite a bit.

I had Steve make a 26.1 foot intermediate Scandi which uses a 10 Rio versileader and it is wonderful on his 13’1” 5wt. Quantum Turbo. Very similar blank to what you are using. It is great with streamers and swings very slow. If I need to throw something much larger than a Sculpzilla size 8 or Cone headed bugger I use either a 360 skagit short or a 400 gr commando with appropriate tips. They make a long cast and a big splash but are not as much fun as the Intermediate Scandi or Ballistic Vector in 350 grain. Might as well be using a spinning rod and a spoon or jig IMHO.
