Uploaded today

Uploaded a video clip of a summers day mini skagit fishing on a pastoral stream. No loud music, just chilling with cicada's chirping in the background, and the odd trout. Hope you enjoy it.

Superb

Adopt me please shows the versatility of two hand fishing on small water, I will be doing the same in 15 days

What is your set up if you do not mind me asking

I think I fish, in part, because it’s an anti-social, bohemian business that, when gone about properly, puts you forever outside the mainstream culture without actually landing you in an institution. –John Gierach

Clear intermediate poly 5-7', 3-4' rio tippet 6lb, then a weighted soft hackle size 12, 6lb rio again tied to hook bend about 1.5' then a un-weighted soft hackle in size 14. I think the combination of the weighted top wet getting the rig down prior to the swing, then as it tightens and the point wet goes its thing in the current adds to the strike rate, my thoughts so far by observation.
Tight lines in a few weeks time! I wish it was still late summer here, 3 weeks of storms and our mountain is covered in snow, winter is here now
Thanks to all for viewing.

Cool video! Nice fish too. Do you have the camera mounted on your chest or your head? You do a great job of keeping still. Whenever I try that the camera is all over the place. Nice work.

... the pseudo-science of running-lines and matching heads has now devolved into such a miasma of obfuscation that it is a wonder that people are even not more confused....Erik Helm

I have a chest mount which is very snug, helps having an easy wade-able stream, yes once you start walking bumpies will start! The other issue is clunking and rattling noises if wearing a fly vest every pocket item is amped with the chest mount. Also frustrating with go pro is battery life, even with the additional battery pack, miss out on so much action on a full days fishing
Thanks for watching.
