Found this over on Moldy Chum. Something about that river looks familiar . . .

[Something about that river looks familiar ] it looks like the river I dreams !! awesome video thanks for sharing . I had try that fly pumping movement when skating flies . but i find it very annoying .. it looks like it works pretty good . I wonder what are others experiences about popping the fly Vs just skating it..?

I know that river!!!

Couldn't absolutely identify the runs, however.

Late September/October, I would bet...based on the hoods and sweatshirts.

Watched this video - BANG - I knew exactly where the fellow was fishing; 'been there-done that' in past years gone by. The lower the water flow the better!

Fish would collected below the fast water and finally do a 'OK Guys we gotta get on with it' dash until they hit the top and spread out to take a breather.

'Hunter-Gather'er' (or how ever you spell that) would be waiting.........
