Atlantic salmon

Was lucky enough to get out for a day with a good friend. Had all the ingredients for a memorable outing.
Another good friend edited and created the soundtrack. All I asked him to do was to download the videos and photos since my pc is on the fritz. This is what he gave me back.....

Thanks for looking.

Great bit of film!

That set up for fishing (board walk and all) has a very high cool factor. Walking around on rocks like those is 'an accident looking for a place to happen.'

A very civilized approach to a day on the river. Looks like a great time.

Beautiful video. First fly used, a ''Pompier''(Firefighter). Correct?

Glad you enjoyed.

It is a great set up and gives easy accessibility to all who need it. Great for the beginner too. Puts you right on the fish.
With the limited time we get on the water, it is nice to sometimes take the "work" out the equation and get an opportunity to fish over salmon with the hopes that one of the many will eventually take. It still is salmon fishing, though! I have fished pools with hundreds of fish in it and couldn’t get a look.
We got lucky that day. That particular salmon took a hitched glitter bear.

Oui, c'est une Pompier. Tied it on after my buddy raised a salmon twice on a green machine.
