Nice to see this, especially after you helped me with my casting at Poppy's clave. What rod and line are you casting and what will you be using for the majority of your fishing up there?

Thanks Tim.....

The rod is a Gaelforce 16ft 9 wght and the line is a Gaelforce 83 9wght and yes this is my go to outfit for up here

I like the angle the video was taken, it really shows the body stance and hand positioning during the cast. These are key points during any cast and most often not described or shown in casting videos.

Question Bruce, was that outing a fishing expedition or just a casting exercise. Myself, when I know it will be a slow day I will occasionally put the pack away and find a quiet spot just to practice or test out lines. Just try and get some technique down. I need all the help I can get.

Hi Dan,
Yes we were fishing but my partner wanted a video to help with his snake and it came out pretty cool at that angle so thought I would share.
