Brian Chou Single spey and podcast link

Here is a very cool clip of Brian Chou doing a single spey cast You will also find a link to a podcast featuring an interview with Brian by Dave Stewart of Wet fly Swing. Pretty cool stuff.

Really nice cast. I just got one of those lines, but my outbound loops don't look like that yet.

Any idea on details... rod, line weight, which tip?

Not sure Slint, but a couple things I picked up on from the podcast...he likes T&T rods and made a comment that 13' #7 is with 510 grains might be one of the most used outfits for Steelhead. That comment might not have anything to do with the cast in the video. You can contact him on Facebook to find out more. Good luck.
