The Just Fooling Around video has been my favorite video for inspiration for many months now. I like the feel of the casts and am impressed with the ease and accuracy. Not great distance but this distance is where most fish reside. This is the bar for where I strive for my Nextcast lines to cast on a consistent level. Not so much underhand but powerful with nice tight loops. The following video is also of interest as I strive to get my aerial Spey casting working well... Aerial is just too cool! If these were LP audio records I would have worn out a copy or two by now!

Klaus Frimor is pretty hard to beat for single hand. Awesome technique

My favorite for mid belly:

Less is more with Andrew Toft. I have a Carron Proline I am going to practice with for Summer and Fall fishing. Can't wait

The fooling around video

Andrew is a brilliant caster, former world distance champion as well as being possibly the most qualified speycaster there is, holding every qualification to a masters level..... but more importantly... part of the DTX Pro staff over the last 6 or 7 years.

Stop and Block

The following is not the greatest video quality but the casts are remarkable.

Another from Tellis in Swedish:

Nice distance casts as well

Great thread.

When it comes to one-handed spey casting, this is my favorite.

Excellent... "Fly Casting School"

Makes me want to go back to school

Any note on what head and tip was being used in this video?
