I was, this morning. Out at 7:30 looking for some late spring fish. We only hit bass and walleye, though we did see one chromer caught so they're still in the river.

Hey, every once in a while ya just have to go slummin' with the plebes.

Next one is up on connecting running lines:

• welding a tip loop in T material
• joining T material to fly line

Should be done by Wednesday unless I have to go fishing . . .

Thanks for another great post, Peter. The fact that Steve G also thinks so is the frosting on the cake! I've seen his welds(and used them)and seeing your tutorial really makes me want to give this method a try.
