Hello all,

Can somebody give me a brief tour of the different check mechanisms that this reel has had over the past 109 years ( a small task I know:Eyecrazy:)...at what point did it become a reversible wind reel? Is a MKIV reversible? There seem to be differences of opinion on that; a straightforward explanation would be really helpful. What is the main difference between an English made and Korean made model? It seems there are relatively few of them changing hands on the forum compared to to Perfects or Perfect-style reels; why might that be?
Photos to illustrate would be most helpful
Thanks in advance for the replies/information.
