This abnormalty has been associated with gene damage from exposure to high levels of Chlorine.

This fish was a great sport but when I saw him I made it to shore in a hurry.

The absolutely most interesting aspect of this defect is that this animal thrived. It was likely born with this anomaly and the fact that it thrived at all considering the odds against normal fry doing the same is astounding.

Ditto. The fact that it has still been able to effectively capture prey with that mouth is pretty neat.
