Actually I am not involved in the Ponoi itself. I act as a consultant to the owners of rivers Kharlovka, Eastern Litza, and Rynda on the Kola's north coast. Aside from those I also have been ivolved with the rivers Yokanga and Umba.

As all major operators on the Kola rely on the weekly Finnair Saturday Helsinki - Murmansk flight we all meet on the airport. Being a member of the "circuir" I know those who operate on the Ponoi well.

The Ponoi is the largest of Kola's rivers. Frontiers fish the middle-lower part were fishing is most prolific. Another operator run a camp further upriver which also produces worthwhile fishing - although not as good as further down. (Check carefully were you are about to raft.)

As I dont't feel it to be correct to do outright marketing here I would like to ask you to e-mail me for possible offers. This late in the booking-season deals normally can be made, should any vacancies have popped up.
